Great location near the ferry terminal.
Access to the hotel is awkward, especially up close to the bins. My room was facing a noisy extractor duct. The decor felt cheap, and the bedding was tired and uncomfortable, leaving me restless .

Everything was perfectly fine, so were absolutely superb views over the town and the water. The venue was set in the central position near to the ferry terminal for Islay, an alleyway beside a fish and the local fish and chip shop. It also was in the nearby pub.

We had a large clean room with great harbour views, but finding the place was a bit of a mission. A decent stay, eh?

The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the
Harbour. It was well-maintained with convenient amenities like a microwave and fridge. The separate bathroom setup for some rooms might be slightly inconvenient for those used to ensuite facilities.

Access via narrow staircase was quite difficult.

fantastic views of fishing port, efficient key pick-up process, well refurbished room
No bathrobes or slippers provided!!! Noise from other rooms was unbearable, waking me up multiple times!!! Lacking basic amenities like a microwave and fridge as advertised. Mould on shower ceiling is just unacceptable. Poor WiFi quality needs urgent attention!!!

What a gem! Our spacious room had a fantastic view of the harbour, with a nice touch of having a fridge and microwave. A little tricky with the spiral stairs but worth it!

The room was warm enough thanks to the boxed-in water tank, surprisingly pleasant for a chilly night. And a fridge in the room reminded me of a small victory, great to keep our snacks handy, can't underestimate the comfort of being self-sufficient.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for a quick stay, it was still acceptable.

Great room with a fantastic view and a tv. Wi-Fi could be better.

I stayed in the Beautiful Double Room with Sea View. The view was fine, and the room was super clean and bright. The bed was really comfy too! Plus, the modern shower was great to use. I loved that the window opened wide for fresh air. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been better, but that's minor. Great spot for a quick stay!
